ORYX UNBOUND 200Miler

Starting at Tiffaney's in Bloemfontein, the ORYX UNBOUND 200Mile route takes riders on an epic 323km journey through some of the most stunning and challenging terrain in the region. The route begins with riders heading towards Dealsville, traversing well-maintained gravel roads that showcase the beautiful South African landscape.
From Dealsville, the route continues towards the famous Perdeberg Battlefields, offering a unique historical backdrop to the ride. Riders will then make their way back to Tiffaney's in Bloemfontein via Petrusburg, completing a challenging yet rewarding loop.
The route includes several picturesque river crossings and features breathtaking scenery, making for a visually stunning ride. The terrain is primarily gravel, with a few manageable sections that add to the adventure. The looped course brings riders back to Tiffaney's in Bloemfontein, marking the end of an exhilarating and unforgettable 200-mile adventure through the heart of the Northern Cape
There are three checkpoints strategically placed along the route to ensure riders can rest, refuel, and hydrate:
1. Checkpoint 1 - Located at approximately 80km, providing early refreshments and food.
2. Checkpoint 2 - Located at approximately 150km, offering a substantial mid-route break.
3. Checkpoint 3 - Located at approximately 225km, giving a final boost before the last stretch.
Each checkpoint will have food and hydration supplies to meet the needs of the riders, ensuring they are well-supported throughout the journey.
